Enrollment for the 2016-2017 school year is open

The reenrollment process is specific for private schools. The purpose of reenrollment is to let administration know the anticipated number of students for the upcoming school year so they can make the best decisions regarding retaining and/or hiring teachers, determining class sizes and course offerings available for students.

New families must first complete the application process before they can enroll.

The $400 Annual Family Enrollment Fee is non-refundable. Signing the Online Enrollment Packet obligates the family to pay the Tuition charges and applicable Student Fees for the entire school year once the student has started classes.

We anticipate that some of the grades will reach capacity. To be sure that your child is able to enroll at Kansas City Christian, it is in your best interest to complete your enrollment early.

Enrollment/Reenrollment Checklist
  1. Each Kansas City Christian family will receive their username and password from the Admissions Coordinator upon completion of the Application Process.
  2. Each family needs to complete the online enrollment contract and pay the enrollment fee. The online enrollment contracts are generated in February. The fee is $400 per family. For returning families, the fee increases by $50 every month after February through August.
  3. If you do not have access to RenWeb at home, you can make arrangements with the Admissions Coordinator to come in and complete the enrollment packet at school.


Payment Options

  • Annual Payment – Payment methods include Automatic Bank Payment (ACH), Credit Card (set up the plan with FACTS) or Personal Check if paying the school directly.
  • Semi-Annual Payment – Payment methods include ACH, Credit Card (set up the plan with FACTS) or Personal Check if paying the school directly.
  • Quarterly – Payment methods include ACH, Credit Card (set up the plan with FACTS).
  • Monthly - Payment methods include ACH, Credit Card (set up the plan with FACTS). Options include: On the 1st of each month (Starting July 1) On the 15th of each month (Starting July 1) On the 1st & 15th of each month (Starting July 1)

NOTE: Credit card payments through FACTS will include a 2.75% convenience fee. Credit Cards that can be used are MasterCard, Discover & American Express. NO VISA
