Field Trip Behavior Contract and Permission Slip

When we are off campus we are representing Christ and KCC, therefore, it is very important that students demonstrate exemplary behavior. Below is a list of student expectations while on a KCC field trip. By signing below, you the parent and your student are agreeing to these expectations.  Thank you for helping us to ensure a safe and educational experience for all of the children.

Please read and discuss the following with your child.

• I understand that I must stay seated and use an inside voice in the car, so the driver can drive in a safe manner.
• I understand that I must stay with an adult leader at all times. 
• I understand that I must follow my leader's directions right away and without arguing.
• I understand that I must be respectful to those in charge and to my other classmates. 
• I understand that I must use self-control at all times.
• I understand that I must keep my hands and feet to myself.  
• I understand that if I do not choose to behave appropriately, I will have to leave the field trip.

I have read and discussed the above expectations with my child. I give my permission for my child, to participate in ALL class field trips for the 2026-2027 school year.  I understand that if my child fails to follow the above expectations, I may be asked to come and take my child home.
