2025-2026 K-5th Grade After School Care

KCC offers care for K-5th grade students after every FULL day of school from 3:30-5:30 pm.  

The Elementary After Care Program provides a structured environment where students can complete homework, play, and unwind after the school day. The program includes homework time, physical activity, creative play, and a daily closing circle.

Registration is required. Families must register for one full quarter at a time.

Parents may choose from 1 to 5 days per week; students must be registered for specific days.  

A $15 one-time fee will be charged for each quarter you are registered. 

The cost is $10 per day for pre-registered students. 

If a student is preregistered for a day, the family will be charged regardless of how long they are attending for, even if they miss the day they are registered for. 

Drop-in care is available at $25 per day, as available.

Preregistration will allow for adequate staffing to ensure student safety. 

*** If you are late to pick up your child, you will be charged $10 and an additional dollar per minute late. ***

Daily Fee Agreement:

- I understand I will be charged $10 per day for each day my child is pre-registered.

- I understand that I will be charged whether my child attends that day or not.

- I understand drop-in care is available at $25 per day, only as staffing permits.

- I understand that late pickup (after 5:30 PM) will result in a $10 charge, plus $1 per minute      thereafter.

- I understand my FACTS account will be charged at the beginning of each quarter based on the selection above. (The ability to make payments from the time charged until the end of the quarter will be available in FACTS)
